It was a short stay in Geneva to lay over before moving to other cities. The hotel was very convenient in location, walkable distance to the town area, and multiple food options near. Walked to hotel from Geneva train station, hotel was easy to find. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and assisted with the geneva tourist guest card Would love to stay a few more nights to explore Geneva

Need to walk for 10 - 15 min to arrive train station, it is a bit troublesome if carry luggage .. Service ok 👍

職員態度不太好。 房間內連飲用水都不提供，浴室設備頗為殘舊。 唯近日內瓦火車站，也算方便。 只此一次，不會再回來。

房間比想像中小，環境都可以，衞生都算乾淨，服務員態度Ok啦！但設施就不合格，只有兩條大毛巾及一條地巾，沖涼想用都無得用，另外無飲水杯及水煲，如要飲水便要自己 解決，早餐就唔使諗啦！只是吃得飽。另外要讚的地方就是交通方便，酒店步行5至6分鐘就到Geneve火車站去那裡都好。

Located out of the main area. Room not ready on arrival. Room small and unclean- hotel unwilling and unsympathetic to offer resolution, asked 訂房網站.com for hotel move request but not facilitated. Moved on second night- affirming the substandard first night. Overpriced for the quality
